Shavuot Pot-Luck and Learning

Join the Little Minyan for an evening of crafting, eating and learning. 

Papercutting, a traditional Shavuot craft, will begin at 6 and continue
throughout the evening. A brief demo, samples and materials will be
available but this is an unstructured activity. Parents, please be
prepared to supervise your children.

Bring a dish to share at our dairy pot-luck and your own tableware.  Our meal will begin at 6:30.

The Little MInyan invites you to join us on Wednesday, April 8th, at
Glacier Ridge Metro Park for an unusual and very rare opportunity.
Ancient Jewish tradition (Babylonian Talmud) teaches that every 28 years
we gather to say this blessing when the sun is once again in the same
position it is believed to have been on the fourth day of creation -
when God created the sun, moon, and stars.  Glacier Ridge Metro Park was
chosen for this event because it gives us a good view of the horizon and
