Membership Committee by Irene Donhowe

Little Minyan Community Picnic – This event will be held August 21st at the Shagbark Shelter at Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park.  Details will follow.

Newsletter Editor- Thanks for the many editions, Diane! After four years, our distinguished newsletter editor, Diane Centolella, is hanging up her "Press" hat and ready to pass on her responsibilities to another Minyanite. Over the years, this vital communication tool has been very valuable in connecting us together, as well as keeping us on track for our activity planning.  We are extremely appreciative of Diane's service these past years and look forward to her continued involvement on the Membership Committee. If you are thinking "How can I participate more in The Little Minyan" then the Newsletter Editor job is the one for you.  Please consider this very important job as a way for you to be more involved with our group and really make a difference to the community.  If you have any questions about it or are interested in taking on the job, please contact either Irene at idonhowe@columbus.rr.com or Diane at dianecentolella@columbus.rr.com.

If you’re interested in serving on the Membership Committee or if you're considering joining the Little Minyan, please contact Irene Donhowe at idonhowe@columbus.rr.com for more information.

Ring Around the Roses, CRC Walk (on Memorial Day) by Elaine Farsted

As you know, Memorial Day started with a bang -- thunder that is.

I dutifully got up and went to Whetstone High Memorial Day in the morning, and

was thrilled to see so many dedicated runners that came out in the rain.

Little Minyan folks? Well, let's say that we are more charitable than hardy.

Several of us -- at least 4 -- made donations to CRC for this race. Um, I don't

think any of us actually walked in the rain though. Contributions count, folks!
